With more than 37 years professional and commercial experience, Annette’s executive career has included a range of senior leadership roles in Australian and internationally, included at CEO-level, with MinterEllison, EY and the International Accounting Standards Board. She has an extensive track record in successfully designing and implementing enterprise-wide transformations of local, regional and global businesses to accelerate growth and unlock organisational potential.

Annette also has significant board-level experience. She is currently a Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, and member of the Investments Committee of Mirrabooka Investments Ltd. She is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee of The Melbourne Business School, a member of The University of Melbourne’s Faculty of Business and Economics Board, and a member of Monash University’s Industry Council of Advisors.
